World Environment Day is celebrated on June 5th every year.
It is a day where we spread awareness of the conservation of the environment, knowledge of our ecosystems, and methods to strengthen the health of our earth.
For this year, the theme of “World Environment Day” is ‘Reimagine, Recreate, Restore’ and #Generation restoration.
As there are many environmental problems, all human beings are facing many kinds of natural disasters and diseases.
Meanwhile, the people of Myanmar have suffered a humanitarian crisis since the military staged an illegal coup on February 1, 2021.
Thus, we must join hands together to recover ecological damage and restore our democracy.
To honor all of our heroes from the Spring Revolution and all task forces and relevant parties, we encourage all citizens of any nation to participate in a campaign against the military dictators by planting any greenery, including trees, flowers, fruits, and vegetables, on June 5th, 2021.
