The 7th Meeting of Technical Advisory Taskforce (TAT 7/21 Meeting) was presided by H.E. Dr. Tu Hkawng, Union Minister for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, the National Unity Government, on May 22, 2021.
H.E. Dr. Tu Hkawng asked the members of TAT to confirm the revised design of the MONREC-NUG logo and review the Ministry’s vision, missions, and basic principles presented at the meeting. In addition, he explained the selection procedure of the logo based on the voting system among the TAT members. However, the voting could not be opened to the public initially due to time considerations. The meeting decided to finalize the MONREC-NUG official logo and the statements of Vision, Missions, and Basic Principles of the Ministry were sent for cabinet approval at the upcoming session.
